By creating an account or using Cashflow System, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Cashflow System is a cloud-based platform that helps small businesses manage invoicing, cash flow, and financial tracking. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information.

4. Payment and Billing

Every eligible new account includes a 15-day free trial. Continued access after the trial requires the selected monthly plan to be paid in advance by manual bank transfer and a payment slip to be uploaded. The system does not automatically debit a payment card or bank account. Access may resume provisionally after slip submission while the transfer is manually reviewed. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service or interfere with its security. You may not use the service for any unlawful purpose or to harm others.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and software on Cashflow System are the property of Ceylonry Labs.io. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the service without our permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Cashflow System is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms.
